Use the form for questions about an order, a return, shipping or a product. What you send is used only to answer you.
What to include
- Your order number, if you have one, and the email address you ordered with.
- The name of the piece and, for products that come in sizes, the size.
- For a damaged or incorrect item, two or three photos in your first message. It saves a round of questions.
- For a return, the items and the reason. We reply with an authorization number and the return address.

Manhattan Goods Co. is based in Sheridan, Wyoming, and serves customers across the United States. Despite the name, we are not in New York. Please do not send a return to us without an authorization number: email first and we will send you the address to use and a return number to put on the parcel.
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Messages that arrive outside those hours are answered the next business day.
